The Faculty of Mathematics and Geoinformation of the Vienna University of Technology honours each year the five best papers in the domain of Mathematics and the two best papers in the domain of Geoinformation and Geodesy. The "Best Paper 2010" Awards were presented by the Dean Dr. D. Dorninger on October 20, 2011 in a festive ceremony. The papers were evaluated by three external reviewers.
