Wolfgang Wagner stepped down as Editor-in-Chief of Remote Sensing
Recently, the journal Remote Sensing published a paper which lead to a highly controversial discussion about the reality of global warming in the USA. Unfortunately, it turned out that the review process was not fully appropriate, leaving fundamental questions and concerns open (e.g. does the presented regression analysis prove causality?), and therefore this paper should not have been published. Wolfgang Wagner took the responsibility for this editorial decision and stepped down as Editor-in-Chief.
