ESA News Story "Water cycle conference makes a big splash"

ESA, EGU, GEWEX and ISPRS have organised a very successful conference on 
the topic of "Earth Observation for Water Cycle Science" at the Earth 
Observation Centre (ESRIN) in Frascati, Italy, 18-20 November 2009. 
ISPRS was represented by Wolfgang Wagner, ISPRS Commission VII President
